San Jose Marriott Hotel

We loved staying here during our trip! The location is perfect, being right next to the convention center, easy to attend events with the kids. Our room with two queen beds was spacious and very clean. The view of the nearby Christmas carnival added to the experience.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' area by the pool would be great.

Convenient Location as the hotel hooks up to the Convention Center.

The check in desk people were rude! I had an issue with my reservation and the Manager was rude and bumped my room because I booked with a 3rd party, as they ran out of the room I reserved. This was very disappointing. Booked.net made it right by paying for a second room for us.

You guys made our stay fairly nice. That was extremely comfy and luxurious hotel set in interesting area, adjacent to downtown restaurants and bars, the Convention center, and safeway supermarket, movie theatre and lots of cafes around downtown. The staff has always been very very helpful, and the facilities were great. The rooms were stocked, good sized and with a great view.

The bed was really comfortable.

The service was horrible. I was charged more than I was initially told. My rate went from 129.00 a night to 300 a night when I showed up to the hotel. We had no clean linen in our rooms. And there was broken glass in hallway from friday night til sunday morning. I will not stay here again!!

Next to convention center

Booked through Booked.net, stated that my price included breakfast, staff knew nothing of that. Asked for extra towels didn't get them. Staff in restaraunt was poor, not bringing what my husband asked for. Staff wanted me to prove, by sending my email to them, which delayed our breakfast plans. Valet is a joke, way too cramped and waited a long time.

Room could have used refrigerator and microwave. Lighting not good in bathroom for applying makeup.

The city view guest room with two queen beds was very clean and organized. The fitness center was a great way to unwind, and the location is perfect for exploring since it's close to the convention center. The staff was super accommodating, and i loved that there was something for everyone.

excellent base for exploring san jose's attractions and parks

We had a wonderful stay with clean rooms and comfortable beds while enjoying the convenience of being just a short walk from both the San Jose Museum of Art and a great Italian restaurant across the street, making our weekend explorations so enjoyable.

Clean room with a nice city view. Valet parking fees are really high. Enjoyed live music in the lobby. Overall a fine stay.

The room was spacious, with a cozy seating area and fine views of the San Jose skyline. The location was ideal, just a few blocks away from great restaurants and the convention center. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

I had a great stay! The heated outdoor pool was perfect for cooling off after walking around. I loved the complimentary snacks available at any time, and the breakfast in the lounge was surprisingly good. I would definitely come back!

Good place with great amenities like a fitness center, laundry, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly gave me directions that I still remember. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay. I'll be back!

Comfortable room, convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions, especially being just a 5-minute walk from Paseo de San Antonio.

Staying here was a delight! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the soundproofing ensured a restful night. Loved having Starbucks right in the lobby. Don't forget to explore nearby eateries for diverse dining options-some gems await just a short walk away!
